The retreat will be led by Gaurav Arora, whose work brings together leadership experience, deep engagement with Indian wisdom and an ability to translate timeless ideas into questions relevant to leaders today.
There is nothing to study or solve before you arrive. You may receive a short reflective exercise to help you enter the retreat with greater awareness and intention.
The experience does not end when you leave. Participants will receive post-retreat support, including individual coaching conversations, to help translate emerging clarity into choices and action.
In Quest of Life is designed as a 3-day residential experience. The duration and complete programme details will be shared with selected participants.
The retreat will be hosted at a carefully selected destination that offers privacy, comfort and the distance needed to step away from everyday demands. Location details will be announced with each edition.
Each participant’s application will be considered individually. Couples may attend the same edition where appropriate, while still engaging with the experience as individual participants.
